Telmar Expands Remote Technical Support Product Portfolio June 7, 2010

Telmar has expanded its remote technical support and multi-vendor repair services to include Tellabs’ legacy 53X platforms and Alcaltel-Lucent’s DML 3X50 platforms.

As legacy products including the Tellabs 530, 531 and 532 platforms are phased out by the OEM, Telmar has expanded its technical support services to offer full support of the Tellabs 53X and ALU’s DML 3X50 products. As part of our Remote Technical Support (RTS) program, we provide through Customer Support Agreements the highest level of Tier 1 through Tier 3 support for Tellabs’ digital access cross-connect systems (DACS) and ALU’s Dual DS3 to T1 Multiplexer currently deployed in networks.
